Fernave - Formação Técnica, Psicologia Aplicada e Consultoria em Transportes e Portos, S. A. is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We focus on delivering human resources development services, namely training, recruitment and psychology, corporate consultancy, and transport systems, with a specific focus on the transport sector and related technology areas, and we bring nearly two decades of accumulated experience.

We deliver training through specialized technical training, define training strategies, design pedagogical structures, develop content, and execute training plans or actions in line with our clients' global strategies. In recruitment and psychology, we conduct recruitment and selection, undertake professional reconversion and reclassification, provide vocational guidance and educational advisory, offer psychological counseling and follow-up, perform perceptual-cognitive assessments and sensorimotor screening, and accompany workers psychologically in the workplace. In consulting, we develop studies and plans in areas such as territorial planning, logistics and transport, strategy, quality, management and investments, information and communication technologies, and social economy and the development of people and teams.
