FlowJobs is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We are a global team that helps people find work abroad. We provide tools, resources and support for building a successful career abroad, from the initial steps to professional success. If you have concerns about your English proficiency or cannot find a role matching your experience on the international market, we are ready to help you resolve these issues.

We deliver our services through structured programs designed to guide you through the process, from assessment to preparation for international opportunities.

Career Roadmap — an individual consultation with an international recruitment professional to analyze your case, set goals, and begin preparation for searching for work abroad. CV and LinkedIn consultations — meetings with a professional who provides a full analysis of your CV and LinkedIn profile, offers feedback, and helps adapt to the needs of a vacancy or company. Career Bootcamp — a seven-day intensive where you prepare a Master CV, a cover letter template, and a LinkedIn profile for searching for work abroad from scratch, and you practice a mock interview to answer questions about a specific company or vacancies. Support and employment — assistance in searching and applying for vacancies to obtain an international offer; we help you navigate all stages of the job search, from resume to adaptation in a new place. FlowEng — an intensive English language course for working in an international IT team with full immersion in IT topics. Mentorship — we select a mentor to develop important skills or learn from scratch.
