Forum Organisation, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1985 and are headquartered in Villeurbanne, France.

We connect engineering students with industry professionals and design and run events to support the employability of young talents.

We deliver our services through practical programs and events. We organize recruitment events and events that provide guidance to students, promote employer branding, and offer opportunities such as internships, permanent contracts (CDI), VIE assignments, apprenticeships, and fixed-term contracts (CDD). We also run JobCenter, providing personalized support throughout the year through activities such as after-work events, company visits, interview simulations, and CV workshops.

We operate in France and are supported by a team of volunteers from Grandes Écoles in the Rhône-Alpes region. We run events such as Forum CATALYZ (12–14 November 2025) on our interactive platform, Journée Objectif Ingénieur (10 December 2025) for INSA Lyon students, and Forum Rhône-Alpes (18–19 March 2026, Lyon).

Our partner schools include INSA Lyon, Grenoble INP, CPE Lyon, ECAM Lyon, EPITA Lyon, and others.
