Fund Talent is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We connect talent with employers, acknowledging that reaching and attracting suitable employees can be challenging. We enable employers to browse a detailed, worldwide database of students and to select potential talent according to a range of criteria. Employers can contact these students directly, follow their development, and support them through programs such as master's or PhD degrees or exchange programs, until the talent blooms into success for your firm.

We deliver our services by enabling direct contact between employers and students and by supporting their development throughout the process, including educational or exchange programs, until they contribute to the firm’s objectives.
