FunkWeb Kompetanse is a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We work to help job seekers succeed in the labor market. We offer inclusion competence for employers and for individuals who are changing jobs or entering the workforce for the first time. We assist in transition processes both individually and in groups, and we run courses, provide guidance and coaching for private individuals, businesses and the public sector. Our vision is "Success for all." FunkWeb Gruppen is a competence house within employment inclusion.

We deliver our services through structured programs and guidance focused on practical outcomes. We provide work preparation training (AFT) and follow-up (OPF), interview training, coaching, and assistance with writing job applications. We support organizational transitions in companies, empowerment, outplacement and Supported Employment (SE). We also work with welfare technology and inclusion competence, and we offer Joomla! and web development capabilities.

We operate in Norway and provide services nationally with a focus on employment inclusion.
