We are GEZIM Emploi, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1971 and are headquartered in Strasbourg, France.

We operate a broad network of 24 agencies across France, Germany and Luxembourg. We work with the full range of economic actors and are recognised for our expertise in several trades such as electricity, mechanics, metallurgy, and carpentry, as well as a rare Alsace specialty: the trade of building climber.

In Strasbourg, we maintain a specialized agency focused on the tertiary sector for interim work or recruitment to permanent roles, including commercial assistants, call operators, and accountants. This agency handles recruitments in areas such as sales, accounting, chief accounting, engineers, and management positions. We also operate a dedicated agency in the hospitality and restaurant sector.
