Globale Bærum is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Sandvika, Norway.

We are an initiative between the Municipality of Bærum, Bærum Chamber of Commerce, the business community in Bærum, the Bærum Red Cross, and NAV Bærum. The project aimed to support 1000 immigrants in obtaining employment within four years, a target that was reached ahead of time. We follow the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and work actively with cross-disciplinary collaboration to support our local communities by promoting decent work and economic growth. Many employers are already members of Globale Bærum, and we share a common passion for diversity. Membership itself is a symbolic but visible proof of their commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. Diversity Pays prize: Each year, we award the Diversity Pays prize to recognize employers' efforts in inclusion. This helps to inspire and motivate other employers to explore opportunities they may not be used to. Employers are nominated based on their inclusive opportunities for young people, immigrants, those who are fully able-bodied and those with reduced work capacity.

We approach our work through cross-disciplinary collaboration with partners and by engaging employers in inclusive opportunities for diverse groups.
