We are a boutique international executive search and leadership consulting firm specializing in identifying bilingual and multicultural talent throughout Mexico, Latin America and the United States. We serve domestic, multinational and Fortune 500 companies with operations in developing and emerging markets. We are members of the Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants (AESC) and follow the AESC Code of Professional Practice, which guides our practices and standards for each assignment.
