We are QWS Quality Welding Services, a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Gliwice, Poland.

We are based on nearly 20 years of experience in the field of production and welding, and we offer a wide range of services in personnel consulting and cross-border posting of workers, adapted to current market trends. We serve customers in Poland and abroad, including Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

We focus on fair partnership and commitment in our relations with customers and employees. We pay particular attention to the high quality of our services, the provision of which is based on current national and Community legislation. We often use proprietary models of cooperation, previously not used on the European market, with a favourable recommendation from legal advisers specializing in the field of posting of workers.
