With our goTaskU mobile app, this is exactly how job search works. In a nutshell, as a worker you can find a job quickly when you need one; and as an employer you will find a worker to fill a short-term need in less than an hour. We want to help the unemployed to work, gain experience and earn whilst the over employed can easily give up some of their non-core tasks, focusing on their families, freetime, hobbies, health. By balancing the mismatch we make people happier, healthier and in the end more efficient too.
