GOveteran is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Sweden.

We focus exclusively on the hiring and recruitment of people aged 40 and over. We hire out and recruit experienced staff to companies, organisations and individuals who value competent and knowledgeable personnel for longer or shorter terms. We aim to leverage the experience and routine that exist in adult generations, support intergenerational knowledge transfer, and counter stereotypes to integrate ages. We invite the adult portion of the population to be part of the future and consider us a resource for job coaching.

We deliver our services by matching experienced professionals with organizations and individuals who value competent and knowledgeable staff for longer or shorter assignments. We work to make use of the experience and routines of mature generations and to promote intergenerational knowledge transfer. We seek to address stereotypes and support age integration in work environments.

We provide staffing and recruitment across gardening, crafts, cleaning, property caretaking, teaching, and economists, integrating these specialties into our service offerings as part of our work with clients and candidates.

We operate in Sweden.

We are a partner of the Public Employment Service and conduct job coaching for seniors.
