Great Southern Maritime Services Corporation, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Parañaque City, Philippines.

We are licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and have more than 29 years in the manning industry. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for the provision of manning services and we are an active member of the ALMA Maritime Group Corporation and affiliated with the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SONAME).

We provide quality crew management services to our clients and maintain a pool of competent, well-trained, and medically fit seafarers for a range of vessel types, including chemical/product tankers, VLCCs, LPG vessels, bulk carriers, multi-purpose container vessels, general cargo vessels, cement carriers, offshore, tugboats, cruise vessels, ferry vessels, yacht vessels, and other types.

We operate in the Philippines as a POEA-licensed manning agency.
