Grupa ATERIMA is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

We are an international group specializing in home care services as well as recruitment and employment of workers. We operate in more than ten European markets, including Poland, Germany, and France.

We deliver home care services for seniors and dependent individuals under the brands FAMILIEN MED and ATERIMA MED, and we recruit temporary workers through ATERIMA WORK. For our clients we also conduct specialized recruitment, including for senior managerial positions, under the ATERIMA HR brand.
