We are Grupo Estrategia, a privately held staffing and recruiting company founded in 2004 and headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.
We create solid and effective strategies, providing customized solutions for Human Capital Management and Development.
Our objective is to be an efficient, transparent and reliable tool for the consolidation, profitability and growth of our clients.
We handle the hiring process, movements before the IMSS, registration and incident control. We assume all employer responsibilities so that payroll payments are made on time, receipts are stamped and medical benefits are provided.
We also hold a PLD certification (Prevention of Money Laundering), which consolidates us as a 100% Mexican company, transparent, reliable and in compliance with the Law of Vulnerable Activities (LFPIORPI).
We operate across Mexico, with a presence in Mexico City, Hermosillo, Monterrey, Querétaro and Guadalajara.
