GRUPO TRIBU BD CR—we are a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in San José, Costa Rica.

We were created as a multidisciplinary company with the sole purpose of offering training, advisory, and consulting alternatives for organizations. In our trainings, we use non-conventional methods and practical teaching techniques, and we offer advisory services directly in client companies, as well as managerial coaching and labor advisory, among others.

We deliver our services through on-site engagements and direct work with client organizations, applying practical methods to support development and HR initiatives.

We recruit and select personnel for organizations using modern techniques and tests to identify candidates suitable for the positions the organization needs. Tests include temperament testing and graphology and projective techniques, and among other methodologies we select personnel by competencies. We also provide corporate principles and values, salary manuals and profiles, analysis of competencies and skills, psychometric evaluations, corporate graphology, and training.

We operate in Costa Rica.
