We are GRUPPO POSIS, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1986 and are headquartered in Padova, Italy.

We trace our origins to the creation of POSIS Politiche & Sistemi S.r.l., established in 1986 by university professors, managers and entrepreneurs, with the aim of providing client companies with high-level consulting in the organization, management and development of human resources. Today we are composed of multiple specialized entities and brands with diversified missions.

We deliver our services through our specialized entities and brands. POSIS Politiche & Sistemi offers policy and HR management systems consultancy, managerial training, and organizational consultancy; Benson & Cooper Italia provides executive search; Prodist handles the selection and development of executive resources for retail chains; and Nuove Opportunità offers outplacement and career consulting.

Our specialties include targeted search for top managers and executives; evaluation of potential and talent management programs; future projects for executives and directors of branches; consultancy and training related to the generational handover; and participation in international networks.
