Helsebemanning is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Lillehammer, Norway.

We provide specialist doctors and nurses to healthcare providers in Sweden and Norway, with a focus on loyalty and long-term relationships so that clinicians return to our assignments. We have framework agreements with most county councils and offer assignments across Sweden from Skåne in the south to Norrbotten in the north.

We ensure you have the same contact person who is actively engaged in finding the best assignment for you. We deliver our services through a direct, relationship-oriented process, guiding the placement from initial contact to assignment. We operate across Sweden and Norway, with offices in Uppsala, Karlskrona, Borlänge, and Saxtorp in Sweden and in Oslo and Lillehammer in Norway. We are ISO-9001 certified and maintain quality in our deliveries.

Our services include staffing and recruitment for physicians and nurses across specialties such as general medicine, psychiatry, surgery, radiology, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, anesthesiology, gynecology, thoracic care, primary care, medicine, pediatrics, stroke, hematology, and geriatrics.

We operate in Norway and Sweden, with headquarters in Lillehammer, Norway, and a presence across Sweden in cities such as Uppsala, Karlskrona, Borlänge, and Saxtorp, as well as in Norway in Oslo and Lillehammer. Our services cover the country from Skåne in the south to Norrbotten in the north.
