We are HELT, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Cartagena, Spain.

Our purpose is to respond to the evolving job market by accelerating and facilitating recruitment processes. We recognize that a higher degree of worker qualification, the growing demand for jobs, and increasingly specific occupations create the need for a different system in the search for work and workers, where the traditional approaches 'Leave us your CV' or 'Cook Wanted' no longer suffice.
