We, Hochstrasser Personal, are a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Lucerne and Zug, Switzerland.

We focus on recruiting in commodity trading and provide cross-functional support for recruitment processes at all functional levels, using our network and research tools systematically. Our goal is to align company-specific needs and position-related requirements with candidates' professional and social skills, as well as their personal focus.

Depending on client needs, we offer recruitment through placement from our database, retained search, and executive search/headhunting. We establish a detailed recruiting plan after an initial kick-off meeting with our clients and individual discussions with our candidates.
