With HR-Afdelingen, we have created a concept where the individual company onboarding with us shares one of our experienced HR managers and a back-office function with other companies. In practice, this means we can offer our clients their own external HR department that handles all core HR functions for just 12,000 Danish kroner per month.

Typically we are the right match for a company that needs to formalize HR processes but may not have the scale to support a dedicated internal HR resource. We remove administrative burdens, free up time for the business, and help leadership make it easier for employees to achieve results. As your external HR department we provide HR administration and formalization of internal guidelines and compliance with legal requirements. We also support performance management in line with the organization's strategic goals and offer direct leadership support and coaching related to specific employee challenges.
