hr-chefen.dk is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Hinnerup, Denmark.

Our mission is that companies, large and small, should be able to access qualified HR assistance that fits their needs. Therefore we offer HR services on an hourly basis and assistance within all areas of HR.

HR is business, but good HR also includes the human element. Ethics and morality matter when we influence others, and we continually refine this balance because it is necessary for the business's existence and for employees' well-being. We speak plainly about the difficult topics, and we aim to acknowledge and manage the emotions that these conversations raise. HR, in our view, is first and foremost about people.

As your HR partner, we represent you and your company, while also serving as the voice of your employees. There are often different interests at stake, and we balance on a knife-edge to support both you and your employees.

If you need our assistance with HR, we can help with the development of a personnel handbook, policies and processes, APV and wellbeing surveys, the development of a stress and wellbeing policy, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, or termination.
