HR-Lab

HR-Lab is a self-employed recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We provide a wide range of HR services to all parties involved in the HR process.

We offer full-cycle recruitment services, covering everything from candidate search to the development and outsourcing of all HR processes.

For candidates, we help with CV writing, provide interview preparation guidance, and prepare resumes for Ukrainian, European, and American job markets in Ukrainian, English, and German to align with the standards of the hiring country. For clients, we search for employees based on your requirements, conduct candidate testing, and assist with onboarding new hires. For business owners, we develop employee training systems (LMS), train your HR personnel and recruiters to improve hiring effectiveness, analyze, develop, and implement HR processes in your business, and provide outsourced HR department services. We approach each client request individually and provide services at any stage of HR processes.

We operate in Ukraine and are headquartered in Kharkiv.
