HR PRO Association is a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We exist to protect, develop and strengthen the HR area in Ukraine, thereby enhancing our competitive capabilities in the world. Our objectives include promoting the HR profession and delivering its strategic role, creating a platform for sharing good case practices and promoting HR events in Ukraine and abroad, developing the professional competencies of HR specialists through training and certification, bringing together companies, HR communities, government agencies and NGOs to address critical HR issues and form effective personnel policies, conducting high-quality market research on HR trends that help to create quality human resource management in organizations, and establishing international cooperation and delivering HR practices, creating a positive image of HR in Ukraine.

We deliver our work through programs and platforms that promote HR professionalism, support the development of professional competencies through training and certification, and organize events that share practices across Ukraine and abroad. We bring together companies, HR communities, government agencies and NGOs to address critical HR issues and form effective personnel policies.
