HV Talent is a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Villa Adelina, Argentina.

Since 2010, we have connected organizations with IT talent in Latin America, initially as an agency specialized in recruiting technology profiles and developing precise processes tailored to each technical challenge. By 2015, we expanded IT Staffing to provide teams or specialized professionals on demand in software, infrastructure, telecommunications, and IoT. In 2020, with a team of electronic, telecommunications, systems, infrastructure engineers, and scientists, we developed UTelemetry, a universal IoT platform manufactured in-house—from gateways and devices to firmware and the UControl software—designed to deliver turnkey solutions across sectors including agriculture, industry, smart cities, cold chain, data centers, and more. Today, after launching UTelemetry, we relaunched HV Talent as a comprehensive technology company. We are a consolidated provider, capable of managing everything from expert IT talent identification to the implementation of high-performance IoT solutions, all in a single, optimized flow.
