IF Management & Consulting, we are a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We provide consultancy and training in organizational design, organizational wellbeing, and HR for companies, associations, and public or private institutions across national and international contexts.
