Impactribe is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are the first people-centric jobsite designed to connect mission-driven founders and organisations with like-minded co-creators. We empower flexible and inclusive working opportunities, fostering collaborations that align with values and purpose.

We note that the system is designed for scale, not for people. We have seen highly qualified professionals with 20+ years of experience getting lost in large pools of applications, and key positions left open for months. We aim to address these challenges.

We specialize in job search, remote jobs, recruitment, fractional jobs, contractors, freelancers, co-founders, early-stage startups, mission-driven companies, and jobs with purpose.
