We are INDIVIDUALIZA, a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry.

We were founded with a service-oriented vocation to support people who are currently unemployed and to advise professionals seeking new perspectives in their careers.

Our approach draws on experience across HR consultancy and temporary staffing to provide a global view of the current job market, covering roles from base levels to management, and enabling us to tailor our work to align with our clients’ profiles.

We also exist to support people who have lost their jobs and have not had access to an outplacement program, making our individualized service particularly useful. We understand the difficulty of filling certain positions, and we offer our experience along with candidates in our database who wish to participate in our open processes.
