We operate Talent Finder®, our international recruitment and headhunter cooperation, with representation in 75 countries. We provide Danish candidates and international candidates through our own offices and Talent Finder®, and we supply full-time, temporary, or contract staff within a few days.

Talent Finder provides access to Danish cand.pharm degree holders, engineers, new graduates, and candidates from abroad. This addresses the lack of resources and expertise in project environments, which is a challenge for corporate expansion and product development.

We have 25 years’ experience and offer Talent Finder with Danish and foreign candidates from our international affiliates and partners; Match Care for supplying candidates who might not otherwise be job seekers; Danish own consultants who can start today, including more PhD holders, engineers and cand.pharm; Outplacement for re-employment and career packages for employees when departments or companies need to cut costs; Life Science Round Table as a solution for bottlenecks, smaller tasks and projects; and Life Science Junior Care through university alumni cooperation in several countries. We also strive to provide access to Danish and international candidates through Talent Finder and to support leadership recruitment, consultancy, full-time and temporary staffing to help save time and money.

The offices cover recruitment, leadership recruitment, normal job placement, and temporary staffing. We have offices in Copenhagen, Denmark and Hannover, Germany, and we operate internationally with representation in multiple countries.
