We are INSTITUTO DE FORMACIÓN TÉCNICA SUPERIOR N9, an Educational organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1983 and are headquartered in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We began in 1983 as a tertiary-level educational center offering the Technical Degree in Social Security. In 1991, we added the Technical Degree in Administration of Companies. In 2013, the Technical Degree in Social Security was deactivated, and from the 2017 academic year we added the Technical Degree in Administration and Labor Relations. The IFTS, formerly CENT, has moved through several buildings to reach our current location in the Montserrat neighborhood, central Buenos Aires, with easy access by subway and buses, sharing space with a primary school and a CENS.

We deliver our education through a campus-based model and maintain a history of evolving facilities to support our programs. We have occupied several buildings over time and now are situated in the Montserrat area of central Buenos Aires, with convenient access by public transit and in proximity to local institutions.

Our specialties include Administration and Labor Relations and Business Administration. We provide programs and studies aligned with these areas.

We operate in Argentina, with headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
