Intro Trainee, we are a nonprofit recruitment organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2005 and we are headquartered in Steinkjer, Norway.

We operate a regional trainee program that has recruited young, highly educated candidates for trainee positions in Trøndelag since 2005. Our member organizations are located along the Steinkjer–Trondheim axis, and we publish trainee opportunities with a February application deadline and a start in the summer of the same year. Trainees work in one or two host organizations during the two-year program, and employers gain access to fresh competence for their organizations. The application deadline is February 13 each year, and we seek graduates or young professionals with at least a bachelor’s degree.

We deliver our services by coordinating the regional trainee program, connecting member organizations with qualified candidates.
