We use the most clear and proven candidate search system on the market. This ensures we contact candidates when we work on a position that fits them, and we provide ongoing feedback on their application status and progress.

We map candidate profiles through a CV, interviews, network references and press coverage. Then we select a candidate for a shortlist. We present this candidate to the client, preferably through a meeting. We are often present in such meetings and support both parties. Later, further quality assurance may be undertaken.
