We are Job Pride AS, a self-employed recruitment and advisory firm operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We aim to act as a thorough and responsible partner in all contexts, not least in the challenging process of finding the right candidate for a position. We place great emphasis on understanding your needs and the tasks that must be addressed now and in the future. We also emphasize finding motivated candidates who possess the right competencies and fit into the environment.

We engage with clients to determine the level of involvement they prefer during the process, and we maintain the responsibility to identify the right candidate.

Our services include recruitment, headhunting, advisory services, staffing of specialists and leaders, and training and courses for sales personnel and leaders.

We operate in Norway.
