Jobs For Bahrainis is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Isa Town, Bahrain.

We operate a job portal powered by HPT Centre that provides services for Bahraini jobseekers and employers in Bahrain.

We support Bahraini jobseekers by enabling them to post their resumes on our portal, providing employability skills training, conducting psychometric assessments for occupational interests, matching those interests with employers’ job offerings, and organizing job interviews with employers. We support employers by enabling them to post vacancies, providing psychometric assessments for recruitment and selection, screening suitable jobseekers to match vacancies, organizing interviews with jobseekers, and assisting employers to utilize Tamkeen’s National Employment Project – NEP.
