JOPP is Namibia’s newest and arguably most advanced career and e-cruitment platform. We have a clear goal: to connect the Country’s top employer with the best professionals, talents, job seekers, graduates and vice versa. JOPP has been conceptualised by held+partner, a Namibian owned creative consultancy firm that focusses on developing business ideas and building synergies between young entrepreneurs and investors in order to create more local brands. Aside from supporting local start ups, held+partner is creatively consulting for Nedbank Namibia as well as the Office of the President.
