We are Just Good People, a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Bussum, Netherlands.

We operate on two simple rules: we hire good people and we take good care of them. This foundation shapes our work and the relationships we build with clients and professionals. Since 2019 we connect our interim professionals to clients such as Rituals, Action, Tony’s Chocolonely and KLM. That means professionals are employed by us with salary, pension, and benefits such as a company car, and through us they participate in training and celebrations. They have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse environments, learn, and develop. We do not take ourselves too seriously; we focus on supporting our professionals and meeting our clients’ needs.

We deliver our services by connecting interim professionals with the organizations that need their skills, and by employing them in-house so they receive salary, pension, and related benefits. Through our programs, professionals participate in training and regularly share knowledge, experience, and energy with clients who can use their help. We provide opportunities to gain experience across diverse settings in a practical, supportive environment.
