We are K-Bemanning AB, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Gislaved, Sweden.

We solve local companies' staffing needs by hiring out and recruiting experienced and competent personnel, placing the right person in the right place at the right time.

As a customer with us, you are always in focus, regardless of the size of the assignment. Our strength is to see the person, and even after a successful recruitment we are careful to follow up to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We strive for open and clear communication with you as a customer to maintain a good and long-term relationship.

We complement our interviews with analyses and tests and other selection methods. We use the Thomas test system as an extra safety check to ensure we follow the requirements.

We offer training in forklift, crane, and lift operations, as well as training in reading drawings and measurement techniques, and in mobile elevated work platforms.

We operate in Sweden, with offices in Gislaved and Värnamo.

In Gislaved, Värnamo and Jönköping we primarily work with industrial personnel, but also with some clerical staff.
