Karboom is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Tehran, Iran.

We were formed with the purpose of improving the quality of work life for Iranian professionals, both current and prospective. We aim to revolutionise employers' approach to talent management and recruitment and individuals' perspective to personal development through an intelligent platform.

We see a need for an intermediary to tackle the absence of an informed workforce and to leverage the technology behind this idea. This need contributed to the creation of Karboom.
