We aim to create an agency that sets new expectations for both candidates and clients. We started small with a wish to be an intimate and grounded agency that works closely with clients to maximize value. We are a newly established agency that will set a new focus around candidate selections and needs analyses with clients. An important principle for us is that candidates referred through us are presented and evaluated in a holistic light, considering personal abilities and characteristics alongside education and experience. Clients should know that their needs are heard, and we seek to explore ways to arrive at a delivery that creates synergy and flow in their operations.
