We are Kolmesataa Rekrytointipalvelut, a self-employed organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Tampere, Finland.

We support companies in hiring temporary workers, seasonal workers, or on-call personnel for periods ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks or even into permanent roles. The pay for workers is often under 300 euros per assignment. Workers may work according to schedules that differ from standard employment, for example to accommodate studies, parental leave, or other arrangements.

We also offer direct recruitment, where after a worker is found they are recruited directly by the client company. This work is supported by our strong industry experience as well as expertise in recruitment marketing and visibility.

We provide temporary workers, seasonal workers, and on-call personnel for short-term engagements, and we support direct recruitment as described above.
