Konsultia AB is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Umeå, Sweden.

We work with staffing and recruitment across all competence areas for industrial and logistics companies. Our customers operate in the machinery and manufacturing, wood, electronics, automotive, process and logistics sectors. Our most common competencies include production, warehousing and logistics, finance, administration, HR, technology, sales, purchasing and marketing, as well as installation, operation and maintenance. We have collective agreements with LO and Unionen and are authorized by Almega Bemanningsföretagen, which means we meet high standards on ethics, collective agreements, equality planning, liability insurance and general delivery terms. We are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and our management system and processes are approved under international standards for quality, environment and occupational health and safety.

Our specialties include staffing, personnel leasing, and recruitment. We deliver these services across all competency areas for industrial and logistics companies.

We are represented at seven locations in northern Sweden, and our headquarters are located in Umeå, Sweden.
