Kure Search ApS is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are a Danish-founded European IT search and consultancy company. Since 2015 we have specialized in recruiting digital managers and IT professionals and providing recruiting/HR consultancy across all industries on an international basis from our offices in Copenhagen and Warsaw.

We differentiate ourselves in a traditional analogue search industry by being digital and data-focused. By using data and AI in our daily work we are transparent, we work more efficiently, and the knowledge is not bounded to the individual search consultant. Our network consists of digital candidates who are rarely active job seekers. Through an open and neutral dialogue with us, we know their interests and wishes for the future.
