LAESA EU s.r.o. We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We translate the idea behind our name: “Laesa” means “lock” in Icelandic, and we focus on HR where everything fits together neatly and smoothly. We remain faithful to standard, proven procedures, but we continually enrich them with insights from modern HR and psychology. We believe that the best paths and most suitable solutions have long been prepared for all of us; we simply need to engage with them.

We deliver our services by applying standard, proven procedures, while continually integrating insights from modern HR and psychology to enhance our processes.

We operate in the Czech Republic, with a presence in Prague and Horažďovice.
