We are Legeformidling AS, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We place medical specialists and psychologist specialists to hospitals and institutions in Norway. We specialize in permanent positions and temporary assignments within psychiatry and radiology, and we are continually expanding our professional base. Specialists are our specialty.

We have high competence and long experience with placing specialists to hospitals and institutions in Norway. By working with a limited set of specialist areas, we have a good overview of what is required by hospitals and institutions, and which specialists are available for assignments or ready to change roles. In 2021 we renewed a framework agreement with Sykehusinnkjøp HF for staffing services of medical specialists and psychologist specialists in Helse-Sør-Øst, Helse-Midt, Helse-Vest and Helse-Nord. We also have agreements with private operators across the country.

Whether you are a specialist or represent an employer, we have strong prerequisites to understand your situation, your wishes and your needs. We speak the same language, because we have good knowledge of professional terminology, equipment and challenges within the fields. With regular contact we can give individually tailored offers to our specialists, while also offering qualified candidates to our clients on shorter notice than you might expect.

We work with legespesialister, psykiatri, radiologi, barne- og ungdomspsykiatri, psykologspesialister, rus- og avhengighetsmedisin, indremedisin, patologi, allmennmedisin, leger, helsebemanning, psykologer, psykologi, and øvrige legespesialister to hospitals and institutions in Norway.
