We are Lense & Lumen Advisory Group, a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.

We are co-owned by five independent European Executive Search & HR Consultancy firms that have decided to join their talents and expertise in order to create a new international organization. Our five firms have been working together for many years, leading searches for C-level positions and accompanying companies in their international expansion. We have decided to reinforce this cooperation by pooling our means and processes, and by sharing experience, know-how and best practices to provide high-level services to our clients. We are currently active in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland.

Through our five founding companies that remain independent, we will provide seamless Executive Search and HR & Leadership Consulting services. To deliver these services, we operate through the collaboration of our founding firms, pooling our means and processes, and sharing experience, know-how and best practices to provide high-level services.
