Our process for our partners is simple and clear: We take on vacancies in which we have expertise and can quickly find the right candidate. We translate the abstract wish to “find a wizard” into concrete requirements. We introduce the best candidates and filter out irrelevant ones. We manage the interview stages on your side. Each week we provide a report on progress toward filling the vacancy, and we strive to close the vacancy quickly, as we do not like producing reports.
