We are Lexton Stanley, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

We operate with two complementary areas of specialization: a financial services practice that supports private banks, asset managers, and family offices across Europe in recruiting senior leaders and front-office professionals, and a legal executive search and mid-management recruitment practice for non-financial sectors. We work with listed groups, multinational subsidiaries, and regional players active in healthcare, life sciences, industry, services, and luxury.
