Lianky — we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Beijing, China.

We were an innovative Campus Recruitment Platform that operated in China. We help companies improve the efficiency of their recruitment efforts by employing Big Data and Machine Learning techniques that identified the best students for their company based on the students’ Aptitude, Skills, Academic Background, Motivation and Cultural Fit. Our predictive analytics helped companies to automatically rank their search results and rank the students that applied to their job offers.

We standardized and customized information for campus recruitment (e.g. GPA, Field of Study, Expected Graduation Date). We also made available more information available than traditional CVs, such as Aptitude Test results (e.g. English skills, Logical Reasoning) or Projects and Papers that students had done while in college.

By using our algorithms and profile screening tools, companies were able to save time in finding the best applicants. We also believe that by ensuring a good match between organizations and students’ Aptitude, Skills, Motivation and Personality, we helped companies reduce employer turnover.

Besides helping companies to find the right talent for their organization, we also explained to students and graduates why they should join organizations by sending messages, uploading content, creating groups, scheduling events and displaying targeted advertisements.
