LLC "SANTA LUCIA" MARITIME CREWING AGENCY, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the maritime crew manning sector. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Kherson, Ukraine.

We exist to provide professional and competent crew manning services to shipowners and managers which will support and encourage safe and efficient ship operation, as well as to help Ukrainian qualified marine officers and crew realize their high potential and knowledge and to find stable and permanent jobs at sea.

Our manpower pool is a product of the educational establishments in Ukraine, including Kherson State Maritime Academy, Admiral Ushakov Maritime Institute in Kherson, Kherson Maritime School of a Fishing Industry, Odessa National Maritime Academy, Odessa Maritime University and other 5 Maritime Universities and 20 maritime colleges.

We are looking for partnerships. We can offer to employ our seafarers or we can open your representative office to work to your advantages.
