Lundi! We are a self-owned staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Rennes, France.

We believe people are the treasure of your business. Each person, each connection between these people, and each day that passes. We are aware this is also the most challenging aspect to manage for leaders, with misunderstandings and unknowns. This observation, our passion for HR, and our enthusiasm for the start of the week led us to create Lundi!. To bring clarity, we offer recruitment, staff provisioning for agile recruitment, HR diagnostics to assess and act, and HR support to structure and relieve you.

We combine expertise in SMEs with a mastery of HR topics. We are animated by human relationships, and proximity to you and your teams is a key to our support. We are action- and results-oriented, and you can count on our responsiveness and our practical, on-the-ground approach.

Our specialties include recruitment, employer branding, communities, employment, part-time, time sharing, provision of staff, recruitment firm, and HR consulting.

We operate in France, with locations in Rennes and Paris.

Since September 2022, we have been a member of the Maintenant group, composed of five structures serving micro and small to medium-sized enterprises. Within the group, Strategy comprises Association Tactique (support and training for leaders) and Impaccct (CSR); Organization comprises Kom&Do (HR consulting and recruitment) and Citadel-Avocat (legal); and Pilotage is represented by L'Optimiste (management and accounting).
