We are MagMaris LTD, a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Sibenik, Croatia.

We are a crewing and maritime agency whose main purpose is to recruit seagoing personnel with high levels of qualifications, training and experience, as well as those who are beginning a career in the maritime industry with high school education and training programs.

We can form a complete crew according to ship owner’s request, or provide a partial crew for individual contracts, even single recruitment on request. We cover needs for offshore industries and recruitments for various industries with qualified manpower, and we provide seagoing and professional skilled personnel.
